I am a lifelong San Franciscan and know San Francisco and Marin County intimately. My very first interest in San Francisco real estate came from listening to conversations at our family dinner table about the values of real estate in San Francisco (my mother worked in the City Tax Assessor's Office, and enjoyed purchasing income property). I bought my first real property in my twenties and have always had a keen interest in real estate, both residential and for investment purposes.
Today I own a home in Marin County with my wife and two children, and continue to own property in San Francisco, as well as to help my aging parents manage their property in San Francisco.
